Operation EMERALD 

Despite several leadership changes, an aggressive campaign launched by the Peruvian government and infighting, The Militarised Communist Party of Peru’s armed wing known as The MPCP still controls the Valle de los Ríos Apurímac, Ene y Mantaro (VRAEM) 

The VRAEM is currently the world’s largest producer of coca with over 50,000 acres dedicated to production.

Despite the continued interdiction of corrupt Government agencies, coca production is rising rapidly and the international community is prepared to send in a team to finally put a stop to the MPCP and leader Comrade Jose.

A multi-national Task Force made up of :

CIA Special Activities Division 10 Operatives 

Delta Force Combat Applications Group 10 Operatives 

E Squadron SAS 10 Operatives

GROM Sniper Team/Intell Team 8 Operatives 

Uniform requirements:

Forces will be operating for the duration in the VRAEM REGION, an area of thick tropical rainforest. Whilst some direct action is to be expected a more reconnaissance and report role will be prominent. Woodland/Jungle camouflage patterns.

Task:

To interdict MPCP supply lines both into and out of the VRAEM.

To identify and capture HVT Comrade Jose and other senior members of MPCP.

To destroy any coca production facilities if located.
